I started my sales career with Procter and Gamble, which is widely known as one of the best sales training companies in the business world. The training I received at P&G ingrained in me the importance of following a proven and repeatable process to become successful in sales as both a representative and manager.

After 12 years with P&G, I took a position at a small family owned business, looking to grow and make the transition to the next generation of leadership. This position gave me the opportunity to return to the roots I formed in my youth, when my parents owned and operated a successful small business and where I found “my community” in small business. After several years of working my way up to VP of Sales and Marketing and helping guide the company through significant growth, I decided to venture out and create my own business.

Starting a small business and building my own company to a national level taught me lessons that still apply today when helping companies increase revenue and develop sales strategies that produce solid sales results and continued growth. Having first-hand experience with the entire cycle of creating a successful small business, guiding its growth, merging with a larger organization and finally selling my equity has given me valuable insights I continue to tap into when aiding other businesses with their growth and sales team objectives.

I’m passionate about working with small businesses to help them grow revenue and develop sales strategies and structure. I’m confident my experiences as a small business owner and sales coach can make a difference for companies looking to solidify their sales performance in the marketplace.

My family and I love Sonoma County, the beauty of the land and the people who make this area their home. My wife has a small retail store and we enjoy spending time with our family living locally, so we are entrenched in the community. Working to make Sonoma County a better place to live and enjoy life is part of who we are.

I have known Frank for 25 years and worked with him for 20 of those. His experience and his knowledge of sales, marketing, contracting, and management is really unbelievable—there’s nothing Frank can’t do and there’s nothing in the industry he doesn’t know something about.
